The internet is truly a great equalizer, rappers like Animal Teef, Protige, Pepperboy, and more coming from marginalized parts of the country have been able to utilize the net to create underground channels of dissemination that give people all over the country and the world access to their music. This track from Animal Teef and Protige (a.k.a Ctrl-SALT-Del) originally aired on our RWD.FM radio program last Sunday, so big ups to us. These two hail from Pine Ridge, SD and Sioux City, IA, respectively, but in picking up rap music both came under the tutelage of the underground emcee known as ‘Biggs’.
