When you feel like a gigantic Greek hunter in the music world you’d probably be somewhat pissed off at a lot of things – and that may be the case with Southside Chicago resident Myloh Blu. Orion, produced by DISFNK (of the Film Noir collective), is an egocentric trip into the mind of an artist who knows his worth; and better yet, what he’s capable of. It has the perfect level of volume to make it’s way to your “it’s lit!” playlist, and also enough of an introspective reflection into self-esteem to propel you to delve deeper into one’s self when listening to it alone. Either way you look at it I am certainly delighted that Myloh took the time to reach out for consideration because I love anything that makes me think.
