Diary Entry Number Zero is just one of the many introspective bangers on, Gloveless Brain Transplant, an album that some may say has the tones of a Boards of Canada project with the contemporary rhythmic sensibilities of say, a Young Chop or Blank Body acolyte. Talking about albums in such terms is really reductive though and can’t ever fully explain the scope of an artist’s vision. Anyway, my friends at Pigeons and Planes highly recommend the song bagpipe lung as well, if you can’t find the time to listen to the whole album.
