Don DiestrO recently dropped an impressive mixtape called “IngleWAV” that you should go listen to NOW.
One of my favorite tracks that just dropped off the tape is the above “Message From The Wood”. The song is an analysis of life and a sort of call to arms to the youth who need to seek out knowledge and dedicate themselves to things they love and that matter. Don DiestrO reveals he is a true student of the game and life itself with impressive lyricism that makes you think of new perspectives in a Mick Jenkins sort of way where the content is just so heavy and real and grasping.
