Chastity Belt is an alternative rock band based in Seattle, Washington. It is composed of Julia Shapiro (guitar and vocals) Lydia Lund (guitar) Annie Truscott (Bass), and Gretchen Grimm (Drums) who all met while living in Walla Walla, Washington. Their new song “Joke” is a smooth ride led by Shapiro’s Vocals and a strong lead guitar. The song succeeds because of the great foundation set by the backing guitar, bass, and drums which leaves the listener with a nice feeling of synergy.
