The beat is soft and longing, one could call it “future R&B” with the way it flutters and floats as well as the strange frequencies that are KOOL A.D. & SAFE’s vocals. We are being carried up into a spaceships tractor beam and this is the soundtrack to that moment, the vocoders and filters used in the song are slightly high pitched with a bit of gruffness that comes from rapping into them instead of singing, but it kind of fits. As the song develops we realize it is somewhat somber and that this is an alien message of longing, this is the message in a bottle transmitted throughout the light years hoping to find the one extraterrestrial love that could ever understand this group of crazies.
