Parquet Courts’ uniquely-named alter-ego Parkay Quarts dropped one of the best albums of 2014 with Content Nausea, and today, they bring us a visual for one of my favourite songs on that album, “Pretty Machines.” The track is vaguely Strokes-esque, and the visual is right up the same alley, calling on my high-school nostalgia with an unrelenting force.
