Movie soundtracks have been killing the game lately – whether it’s been Chvrches and countless others re-scoring Drive for the BBC or the upcoming Insurgent soundtrack bringing us today’s latest: “Holes In The Sky” by Haim and M83. Perhaps two of the most emphatic mainstream indie acts of the past 5 years, this is a welcome and relatively rare collaboration. I’ll take what I can get, even if I have to depend on film soundtracks. Cheers.
