Kweku Collins’ first project as a Closed Sessions artist Say It Here, While It’s Safe has arrived and it is wonderful. This is Kweku’s second EP of 2015, in January he released Worlds Away. Kweku’s sound is refreshing with loveliness and beauty to it. The EP is seven tracks in length and Collins produced most of it himself, BoatHouse assisted on “Love It All” and “Never Say Die” which features Milwaukee’s rising star WebsterX.
Leading up to this release Kweku dropped the single Kings and a video for Lonely Lullabies directed by Aliya Haq. I’ve listened to the entire EP several times and am just scratching the surface.
