I’ve had my ears up to Polish label Cowshed Records for a while, ever since they put out Indecorum’s 90’s Chicago House throwback record Ponies on acid! (the hell is it with net producers and bronies) and I’ve shared their affinity for dark, uncompromising, killer rave via punkwave.
Here’s their latest release from French industrial techno producer Kuvera B, and I wholly regret not checking it when it landed in my bandcamp feed a few days earlier. It’s got bits of hard techno from Berlin, some imported Rotterdam hardcore flavoring, and it’s washed away by a healthy heaping of warm, distorted noise.
Nith-Haiah grabbed me the hardest, go take a listen.
