“If you have been paying attention to the blossoming SoundCloud scene in the past two years, DOJO! might be a name you are already familiar with. Following up his debut EP (☾Lunar), the young 19 years old producer from Montreal (originally Ottawa) has been consistently releasing a string of well-placed singles and remixes, earning his stripes, and leading up to the reason for this post. On the 18th of February, roughly a month after releasing the first single “Sorcerer’s Prelude/Sights + Feelings”, his brand new (and dare I say long awaited) “PRESTO!” EP came out. These five tracks are the culmination of the airy, blissful style we’ve known him for, and deliver a more-than-satisfying listen on both artistic and technical levels (especially considering how he engineers his own music).
