“Project Uno” is exactly what the title would indicate, a debut project with an openness to growth. While this tape includes a Pro Era type of aesthetic in terms of production this is not just head knocking music, we are taken through the musical journey of young Boche who searches for his voice and finds it well on introspective tracks such as “All Things Change” & “Over Now”, other tracks are lyrical gymnastics of tight flows and provocative lyrics, such as my personal favorite “And I Been” or “Know Ledges”. The tape is a remarkably solid debut and has a good sense of direction to it, never be afraid to start simple, Project 1 turns into project 8 wayyyy quicker than you’d imagine, cherish every individual moment.
