“I’m a product of my environment”
Bekoe dropped the video, “POME,” a single from his next project iLLANOiZE. Elle Wreckless and Tjaxx join him in speaking about what it means to be a product of their Chicago environment, they address the violence, police and drug dealing yet manage to keep it upbeat with production by Beazy Tymes that fuses hip hop with reggae. All three vocalists deliver passionate verses resulting in a great sounding track. The video was directed by Passport Trace and captures Bekoe, Elle and Tjaxx making music in a challenging environment. Follow Bekoe, iLLANOiZE is due November 17.
