Beach Jesus collaborated with producers lasko and Elias Abid for the sizzling new track, “Aloe BB,” the lead single from their upcoming Fall EP. It premiered via Earmilk and shows very interesting and beautiful progression by the quartet into a more electronic sound that feels futuristic and retro at the same time. Chando and Jommis are becoming two of my favorite voices in Chicago, their lyrics are meaningful with heart, soul and a spirit of playfulness. “Aloe BB” was recorded by quartet member Jaro and Classick Studios engineer Bryan “Kawaakari” Schwaller, and mixed by Chris Classick. The cover art is by tattoo artist Chris Orta. You can rely on Beach Jesus’ music to get your feet moving and your heart feeling, “Aloe BB” does both.
