I could easily write a 200 word blog post using maybe four or five puns about money, but that wouldn’t be fair to Kaiydo. The 19 year old rapper/producer from Orlando has only released four songs in the last four months, each one even better than the previous. “Lottery” might be my favorite thus far. It’s slowed down pace reminds me of the feeling when the direct deposit hits and you know you’re ballin’ for at least the next 7 days. Damn, okay one money pun is it; promise. Florida to many is known as Kodak Black’s territory, but I’d say him and Kaiydo might be the top two from two very different styles.
What makes Kaiydo even more raw? He’s actually a full time graphic designer and has designed all of his own artwork thus far. We’ll keep updating you on Kaidyo releases, but just so you know, he’s putting out a song a month for the rest of the year.
