In Max Bouvagnet’s Death Rebirth EP the 19 year old musician sings about serious matters; life, death, craziness and rebirth. It’s an open and brave body of work. He told me that it was written while he was going through a very difficult time and that “usually the best way for me to get my feelings out in an honest way is to write music…” Bouvagnet produced “Crazy [Rebirth]” and used beats by Shlohmo, Kyson and Evenings for the rest. Max Wonders is featured on “Alone.” The EP was recorded in Chicago with OnGaud.
