Larry June is flying under the radar, and I’m thoroughly confused as to why. His adlibs are impeccable, his delivery is unblemished, and Larry seems like one of the nicest guys in the entire world via his Twitter. Yesterday, Larry served up some healthy listening with his album Good Job Larry. The Bay Area native, and OGG affiliate, uses the impact as an opportunity to show rap fans that he is completely capable of navigating an entire body of work on his own without any features. With production from the God of Keys Zaytoven plus King Kilo, Savage Beats, and Hurt Boy to name a few, Larry does a “good job” of making the most out of the purpose of the album. The entire collection meshes extremely well showing continuity from top to bottom. If this is any sign of things to come, Larry June might be a household name in the next year or so -maybe sooner.
