I’m fairly certain that Louisville native Bryson Tiller is incapable of making a mediocre song. His debut album – which released October 2nd – T R A P S O U L was 14 tracks of full fledged emotion, and the kid is setting himself up nicely to be a contender for a long time to come. Back in August, I wrote a column on the rise of Bryson and with today’s release of the music video Sorry Not Sorry, I don’t plan on going back on the words I wrote any time soon (and yes, I still brush my teeth to this song). If you aren’t familiar with the single yet – which has been out for 9 months & is produced by Timbaland – Sorry Not Sorry is Bryson’s way of fighting off the women of his past that didn’t want to give him a chance before he started stealing spotlights. Bryson Tiller – aka Pen Griffey – is here to stay.
