I have to start out by apologizing to Mr. Arcani because I probably should have had this song up earlier last week, but it got lost somewhere in the hellhole that is my gmail inbox. Anyways, it’s pretty cool that we’re beginning to see (what I believe is) the long-lasting influence that Odd Future has had over an entire generation. Arcani’s single, Alone, has a vibe that would suit nicely for an Odd Future compilation. The Madison-based emcee comes out questioning why a lot of things are the way they are, touching on his personal drug use, and attempting to hit licks. Alone sets a nice tone leading up to the release of his forthcoming mixtape Noah’s Ark.
